Shipping & Returns
We offer a HUGE range of products that include free shipping for your convenience.
Due to the bulky nature of some products, delivery costs are necessary and will be calculated during the check-out process prior to purchasing your items.
Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and are sent with reputable transporters such as Australia Post, StarTrack, Fastway, Toll or Allied Express dependant on the type of product. Many locations should expect to receive their order within 3-5 business days, though please allow up to 7-10 days for receipt of delivery.
NOTE: Shipping times may be affected by the unpredictable nature of COVID restrictions on a state by state basis.
Some bulky or fragile items (ie, containing glass) may require specialist transport.
We require a street, residential, or business address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box.
The service and delivery of goods by third party couriers are strict to the front door and/or ground floor only by a single delivery driver. As such, this service does not include:
- Carrying product/s inside, upstairs, or in elevators
- Placing product/s, and
- Removing packaging or wrapping.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the lift has sufficient access space.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and whilst we take care to keep the site up to date with current inventory levels, we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item that is not able to be supplied. In the rare event that an item purchased is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer you a full refund or store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, you may return the goods purchased for a refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Goods need to be in new condition in original packaging and shipping costs apply. For further details see our terms and conditions page. For product damaged on arrival, please make contact within 48 hours of receipt for us to urgently resolve with you. Please take photos or videos of the damage at the time of discovery.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
